20db Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the 20db platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 20db platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms, conditions, and policies set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and anyone accessing content or services through the 20db website or mobile app. The platform operates for the Malaysian market, and all users are deemed to understand and accept that these services are subject to the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 20db platform. Registration by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited, and 20db reserves the right to close any such account without notice.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 20db platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Any false or misleading information gives 20db the right to terminate your account at any time.
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. 20db will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any illegal activity
- Using automated software, bots, or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it
- Disrupting platform operations or compromising the security of other users
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Policy in MYR
All financial transactions on the 20db platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring sufficient account balance before placing any bet or participating in any game. 20db is not liable for losses arising from bets that exceed a user's financial means.
Deposit Terms
Deposits may only be made through payment methods listed on the platform, including local bank transfers and approved digital wallets. All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not permitted and may result in funds being frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established internal review procedures. 20db reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. Withdrawals will only be made to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
20db Liability Limits
The 20db platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. 20db is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or causes beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
20db reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or upon instruction from a relevant regulatory body. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a breach of terms may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 20db platform are the exclusive property of 20db or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 20db.
Third-Party Links
The 20db platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 20db is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Accessing external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
20db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
Your continued use of the 20db platform after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
